I am under Sarthaal, at the second set of puzzle pillars. Each pillar represents the image behind it and yet the gate won't open. I found a wiki entry (http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Under_Saarthal) stating that this is a known bug for some users, and offered the suggestion of using a hack through the console. This hack does not work.

Others have found that using a completely different arrangement of the pillars cause it to open, but I don't want to spend the rest of my life doing combinations of pillars.

Anyone have / had this issue, and is there a quick hack that actually works?

I'd be sending this directly to Bethesda, but apparently they don't have a support forum or contact?
