To expand, Fallout: Ultimate edition is just Fallout: New Vegas with stuff added on, nothing majorly game changing.

Yup, it's every DLC for New Vegas (Including the CS/GRA Stuff)

Does anyone know if we'll have the option to turn DLC off? Will the game be its own section and contain all of the DLC or will it just download them to our hardrives?

You will be able to turn them off on the PC, but I'm not sure about consoles.

Whats probly gonna happen is it will give us 2 disk. on containing FNV its self. and the second containing all DLC thats what happened with F3 GOTY edition.
