I started up the game and my save files completely gone all my other apps have the saved data etc. I dont care about the data i can get it all back by playing. What i am upset about is the 20 i spent that i cant recover what are the steps needed to resolve this issue? I can give the order id etc.

I had my data wiped for some reason. I've invested over 30 GBP :/

Mine has done this twice now. I don't want a refund. I want to know if there will be a patch. I have made my own backup file for my new vault but It would be nice to have cloud storage support or a patch that eliminates this issue. Tired of losing progress. The last time this happened I lost 2 legendary dwellers (Bittercup and Jerihco)!!

Here's an online JSON editor which will make it easier to read the file line by line. Just open the JSON file in notepad or any other text editor, select all the text, and then copy/paste it into the editor: http://www.jsoneditoronline.org/

It's actually quite simple to do -- and if you really wanted to you, you could just cheat every item and legendary dweller in the game, but what's the fun in that?

After you have finished editing the converted JSON file, save it and then re-encrypt it via the first link's encrypt button.

Don't think of it as cheating, think of it similar to Fallout 3/NV when using console commands to undo a mistake.
