Ok, i have only ONE save file in fallout 3 right now (deleted the autosave)

In the Fallout3 folder in my documents inside the Saves folder there is my save file "Save 24- Acanthus, Citadel, 19.44.21.fos" file which is a FOS file

And there is autosave.fos.bak

What i want to do is isolate my fallout saves because my brother wants to have a go at playing fallout and i will kill him if he acidentally overwrites my save file.

So when i isolate my save file to another folder so that it cannot be accessed via fallout 3 temporarily, should i also isolate the file "autosave.fos.bak" or leave it there?
