I have what appears to be a very rare issue with few posts on the net describing it. A certain character save when reaching level 32 will freeze the game up in 2 seconds after I load it. This only happens after I go in to the level up screen and regardless of if I pick a perk or not. I can keep playing the game just fine until I load any save made after this point no matter where I am. This happens even with a clean save with no mods loaded.

If I use the console just before is freezes and set the level lower, it won't freeze. Any level higher and it still freezes. My guess is something in the game is checking upon loading what level the character is and it doesn't like anything higher than 31. Does anyone know of what the game might be checking against the character's level? Thanks in advance.
