i saved the prez in mr houses quest then killed mr house then went to tell captin moore that house was dead now she wants me to protect the prez and talk to ranger grant but he wont talk to me so now im stuck any suggestions?

i want to keep on going with the ncr but it wont let me talk to ranger grant and wont let me fast travel anywhere im stuck is this a glitch
