Just ran the 1.9 update and my saved game & profile are gone?

After manually recreating my profile I was able to Resume the game but had to setup all my settings again.


The reason I ran the upate was after getting getting to a certain point in the game the game crashes.
It occurs where the Spear is destroyed and its loading the next section. This has happens everytime I try to play.

Any suggestions would be great as the game is completely unplayable now.

Also noticed that all my Nano suite upgrades are gone, back to "0" and no cash.

Me too, save file and all settings are gone. I have a backup fortunately, but that shouldn't have happened.

Wow.. I'm starting to see alot of complaints about this.. profiles missing, XP disappearing, saved games going bye bye.. I sure hope this does'nt happen to me.

Now.. I've got my entire single-player acheivements "backed up", just incase I have to format my PC / reinstall Crysis 2, but all the multi-player stuff is stored through your user acct.

Did this happen to you "right after you installed 1.9" .. or did you play it once just fine, then it happened on the 2nd launch of the game?

Right after the auto update v1.9. Opened the game and no profile, clicking the resume button did nothing.

I re-created a profile with the same name and then resume worked but lost all settings and nano suit upgrades. Achievements seem to be fine, dog tags etc, but can't say for sure as I wasn't really watching them close.
