my tablet did a low battery auto shutdown mid game and now every time i try to load my saved game the game just crashes to desktop.


is there any way to recover my saved game?


or if there isnt a way to recover my game can i have the items i purchased reissued to me to be used in a new game?

well dont i feel silly. couldnt start a new game either and a reinstall of the game fixed my problem.

Just for future reference, the game does make a backup copy of your vaults. For example, there will be vault1.sav an vault1.sav.bak. If vault1.sav gets corrupted, there's always vault1.sav.bak(you'll probably have to manually rename it to vault1.sav though).
