Which folder(s) do I need to copy then paste to another computer in order for me to not lose any progress made so far?

I think MP progress would not be saved in your computer. I think it rather stored at MP clouds or something.

just as well that i saved mine got auto reboot that took me to 3 level 7,so deleted the saved game profile and placed my backup in saved games,now back to 2 level 50

About MP data, it's a bit erratic, it appears your nanosuit module upgrades are stored locally. If you switch profile they'll be level 1. As for Retriever, if you quit the game while logged into a different profile, when you go back in game it will have been reset permanently and you'll have to level it up again.
Also, your custom loadouts are also stored offline.

There is some evidence that restoring the SP profile can reverse an auto-reboot if done promptly. Its difficult to test thoroughly... bizarre. I was sure that was a pure cloud glitch.

but i did not have any single player profile that got wiped with last auto reboot this was all mp info, default profile from leveling up all over again
