Saves, Teleporting, Dissapearing Objects

Hello,

So I'm going to go ahead and say that I've playing the Fallout series for years, but I'm new to the GECK. So sorry for any ignorance or noobish behavior. I've searched multiple forums and all over the internet for a few hours, but found nothing that fixed my issues. So maybe someone on the forums can help. Ok, so I recently constructed a player home because I wanted to build my own. It was a small bunker at Jacobstown. I can't however sit for long hours and do it all in one sitting as I have a job, chores, etc., plus the GECK is apparently infamous for crashing. So each time I saved, it created a new file. For example: GECK Building 1.esp would stay but now there was GECK Building 2.esp.

I thought I was doing great and everything was just dandy so I decided to test my base, so I created a teleport door and paired it with another. Once again I saved making it my fourth. I checked the fourth save file on my Data Files, and fired up NVSE. However, there wasn't any hint I had even done anything. There wasn't an entrance to the bunker, and not even a door. So I went back into the GECK and looked at the fourth file. My bunker entrance didn't show up, and my bunker interior DID load with a door, but the door wasn't the linked the one. The linked one somehow moved into a different area nowhere near my interior bunker. So I tired fixing this by loading up all my previous saves, linking the doors again and making sure that I saved with them all activated. The same thing happened again.

Is there any fix to this or will I just have to allocate enough time to complete this in one sitting, under one save? Sorry again if this is on another forum, and if so then I apologize greatly for my mistake and hope you could put a link. If it isn't, then I hope someone knows how to fix this problem because the GECK is really fun albeit it has some issues.

Thank you.
