I like to format my PC frequently and have a fresh start.

However, this becomes quite tedious when spending hours upon hours for the right mod setup.

Is there any quick and convenient way to save my current game so I can restore my old Mod setup after formatting?

Just copy your Data folder to somewhere.

Along with the Data Folder, also copy your INI files from My Documents/My Games/Fallout NV.

Install the game, then copy the Data Files back, merging it with the new installation Data folder. Note, if you have cleaned the DLCs, then replace what is in the folder, otherwise add without replacing.
