I hope so, or else Obsidian is going to have some pretty pissed off players at their door.

No need to hope for it, it IS.

Joshua Graham lives. The Burned Man walks. He was with Caesar long before the Legion, so I think all you Legion kiddies will get the history you asked for.

And, as an added fact, isn't it odd that NCR is supposed to mirror early America, but early America had slaves? I think that they could make quite a bit of plotline with Legion DLC. Civil wars, removal of slavery, increased rights in women, undercover work, or just completely going with it. There's a LOT of room to write with Legion. With NCR, all of what they are is known. it's not just the fact that Legion isn't all bad, is that they are ready to be molded into anything, be it good or bad, which makes it GREAT DLC material!

NCR skipped over slavery because they knew it was wrong. The Legion isn't pre-war America it's a dictatorship so you (the courier) shouldn't have any say in it. You can't just change a Factions foundations over night or in this case a DLC if your expecting a Legion DLC that will get rid of slavery and give women jobs/rights you'll be very disappointed.

I think this is about all we need (still would like actual settlements for both major factions but w/e) just a man that was in charge and has been cast out. He'll be able to tell you the ups and downs of the Legion.

Y'know, if I do recall, that's never stopped the Fallout PC's before.

Please explain.

Do I really need to?
If the Courier has the ability to conquer to armies in one fight, the Lone Wanderer has the ability to take down a huge chapter of BoS, or nearly eliminate the East coast Enclave, all of the things that The Chosen One and Vault Dweller do in FO1 and FO2, a human in real world can singlehandedly inspire revolution, compromise, rebellion, etc. What is to stop the Courier to complete yet another amazing feat?

Joshua is an ex-legionnaire and we don't know who controls New Canaan so how exactly is Honest Hearts a Legion DLC?

I believe only the last dlc takes us to the Legion territory.

True. I'm speculating that Honest Hearts involves the Courier working with Joshua Graham to defend New Canaan and the FOTA from the Legion, in one way or another. Probably not a direct attack, but something.

Changing how a Faction has been run has never been in a Fallout game let alone a DLC. Destroying a faction isn't changing them in the way you want it is exterminating them. Plus like I said it's a dictator ship if there would be a revolution it would either no longer be so or just a new dictator. Your better off just starting your own faction then trying to change a whole faction's foundations. They are use to slaves, [censored] women, and cannobalism to just remove all that would cause mass histeria within the Legion. Plus if they made it in DLC they'd have to change the ending wich Obsidian has already said they weren't doing. So like I said if your expecting it to change in DLC your gonna be disappointed. They'd have to devote this sort of thing to another game.

IMHO the Legion is a joke and is out of place, but for the people who can take them seriously, they really do need a dlc that adds more quests and characters. My own dislike for them as a faction aside, playing through the story on their side (twice) got boring. Fast. Usually on the same day I started it. That can't happen with a main faction in any game.

I know Legion is primarily East of Colorado and the NCR have taken gaurd over most of the land so respectively we see more of them, but seriously their were hardly any CL quests. I was dissapointed in the lack of attention they gave to one of the opposing factions.

Really only thing I was really dissapointed in the game. Great story and and everything but CL wasn't shown enough love.

There has to be one faction to take the fall.

Legion got shafted, and sadly, a high concentration of the fan base pretty much hates them, hopefully Fallout 4 they will be 70% of the game...
