Scabbards in Oblivion? : IV

I was just wondering if there are scabbards for swords in the vanilla or Goty version or are they just mod content?

Not sure what you mean? All one handed blades (daggers, shortswords & longswords) have scabbards, afaik.

Swords and daggers have scabbards, but two handed sword don't have.

Scabbards only show up when your player (or another character) is wearing the item. They show up on your hip in third person or in the menu view. Swords dropped on the ground or wherever don't show them.
