I'm playing Obivion this time, but it's as if Scamp only creature in the game, the only ones there. There is no clannfear, Flame & Frost Atronach and Daedroth.

I'm tired of killing Scamp. I2m not close Oblivion gates just because of this.

The opponents are scaled. If you are lower level, then you get a lot of low level creatures, like scamps. Try leveling up.

I trying to level up. But it's not work. Is there a level range for this?
