Just a quick question, do scavengers respawn out in the Wasteland, or is there a limited number of 'em wandering about?
My most recent character's got a nasty habit of using them to repair equipment and then, ahem, go for a 500% refund.

Sorry, they do not respawn, when they go busto, that's it.

So if I were you, I'd hold back on hostile refunds. :whisper:

You can probably force all random encounters until you get one with a scavenger or something.
