Looks gorgeous, Jac! Are those Swiveller's replacers for the soil/grass there? I may have to go give those a try... :)

Thanks. :) Yes, that's Swiveller's Ascadian Isle soil replacer along with Peachy Keen's fake blur shader for MGE. I couldn't find many Ascadian Isle replacers and the Visual Pack just didn't cut it because its textures are of a lower resolution so I tried Swivller's. I think I may try his Grazelands one as well.

I think I've found an mge-ENBSeries combination that suits my tastes...

http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/246/mgetr1bc5.jpg
http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/4475/mgeseydaneenby4.jpg
http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/2909/mgemcamz0.jpg

Amazing!

I wish I had the patience to fiddle around with the ENBSeries configs and get results like that. :P

My big moons attempt is giving some mix results. Sometimes I get very dark moons which look bad. Sometimes I get good stuff. I really want working big moons.

Take a look what I have here...
http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f386/vtastek/morrowind/screenshotspart03/MGE-Mybigmoons-14.jpg
http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f386/vtastek/morrowind/screenshotspart03/MGE-howling-17.jpg

Maybe...the moons are normal and it's Nirn that has shrunken! :ooo:

I tried ENBseries and even though I haven't gotten it to work properly yet... I mean just look at Mournhold temple :o
Hard for me to believe these are untouched pictures :o
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y133/X-Calibar/Morrowind/enb2009_2_2_17_18_16.jpg
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y133/X-Calibar/Morrowind/enb2009_2_2_17_5_27.jpg

Mournhold, the city of lights, the city of magic!

There's a strange halo around objects in those shots X-Calibar, probabily something wrong in your effect.txt file. But you're right, morrowind can really look like a next-gen game sometimes. If it wasn't for the poor AI and lack of physics (OpenMW, where are you! :banghead: ), it could easily be mistaken for a recenty released piece of software!
Some screenies

http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/3940/mgea1cx3.jpg
http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/9425/mges3dr4.jpg

I declare hax.

It is occulusion shader from ENBSeries. It isn't working properly I think. It's not working with Morrowind's lights anyway. I wish Boris Vorontsov(author of ENBSeries) released a working version.

Some interesting stuff.

Here's a new screenshot... It was totally dark so I hit it hard with photoshop lol (so it's the same picture as original, but looks vastly more colorful and bright) (I'll pretend I took that with my Nighteye 2000 camera)
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y133/X-Calibar/Morrowind/MW-foggynight.jpg

Also I don't think there's a thread for this, but I took a youtube video 4 minutes long to show some people a modded Morrowind :
It first shows off a little fight, then the widescreen MW menu, and the many choices for a woodelf female, and finally it shows off a little walk through the bittercoast and eventually to Balmora [time-lapsed]

@starwarsguy
Great Screenies everyone! It makes me really really happy to see so many people using my skies. :)

I like to mix and match... but yes! You did a great job with the skies, I enjoy the ones I use~ :D

Hey, how did you get the clouds to look like that? In particular, they are orange, I wanted this effect in my SWG's Skies INI, but I couldn't figure it out, which is why I just made the sky color orange, care to post your weather settings under [clear] here?

Hmm... Well I applied your INI with MiNi.exe first, then I applied RCC4MW INI (Realistic Colour Config for Morrowind) on top of that and TLM INI(the lighting mod) on top of that.
Was using MGE... don't think I had any shaders on. And ENBseries newest one [from vality's website] with a toned down bloom and SAIO (occu-thing); so that probably made a difference too :o

But regardless feel free to look :

Thanks for positive feedback, Exorince. :tops:

@X-Calibar
I liked watching Morrowind in HD on youtube.

It's just me or wherever I look, I only see beauty.

@vtastek - I will try to do more videos of MW :D I just wish I could take videos in realtime... With distantland running or what I've just tried, I am playing in a slide show :o

BUT THIS IS SICK! Check out the power of ENB...
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y133/X-Calibar/Morrowind/MW-powerofENB.jpg

I really wish the ENB program could be finished... That shot was taken with the last? version of ENB that doesn't support lights besides global sunlight...
Here are two lesser impressive shots :
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y133/X-Calibar/Morrowind/MW-testENB1.jpg
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y133/X-Calibar/Morrowind/MW-testENB2.jpg
EDIT: Also my old 7600 Geforce has some kind of trouble with ENB while using AA that I haven't solved yet, where I see shadows of objects through other objects... [I am forcing AA through my videocard control panel since MGE doesn't want to use the occ/SAIO thing if I have AA enabled on there...] Plus my card doesn't support the alternative distance thing, so that probably is part of the problem.
Note : I was also running the MGE HDR 5 shader.

This beautiful softness in the lamp light is due to EBN series, right? It is incredible.

Great shots! What is that shader on them? Some of Polik's latest stuff?

All Polik Gronak's shaders after gimp series have this feature: Color correction.

This beautiful softness in the lamp light is due to EBN series, right? It is incredible.

It was always a shader plus Enbseries for me.

The working algorithm:
Enb color correction alters only the dark areas without touching the rest of the scene. Amazing contrast boost.
Also I add a little overall darkness. Because the shader is going to add some brightness later.
A good shader gives HDR lightning and brightens the light sources. (After Polik's Gimp series add extra smart dynamic color correction)
Again enb adds blurry bloom which connects and clears and softens the brightened areas coming from the shader.

If there wasn't any shader than it wouldn't look that good. If enb wasn't there than it wouldn't look that soft.

I was thinking, since enb shaders are public now, maybe someone can add them to MGE in a faster way.
