I got Schematics for .44 magnum hand load from a guy outside the strip, how do I make it, I checked reloading and work benches.

It could be quest related? I got schematics for a billboard that do nothing at the bench.

The .44 Semi-wadcutters take the same materials as the regular .44 mag but a little bit more lead and powder. So, you can break down the .44 mag rounds and make the SWC rounds. If you don't see them at the reloading bench you might not have a high enough repair skill.
