I see other folks having this issue to... I hpoe it is a glitch and not an attempt to make the
game more challengeing since having only the one Stealth Armor suit (which is totally
cool,"Starting combat..... just kidding"), cracks me up every time... but it's impossible to
repair without the help of the SCIU (at least I haven't found any other suits to use in
repair mode yet). So if it's a glitch could we have a patch pretty soon please
support guys?

We're looking into this. For the time being, if any Vendor stops giving you owed caps, wait 3-4 days for them to respawn their inventory, and also stop buying items from vendors if the vendor gets over 32000 caps. Stay tuned for more information.

The Sink vendor bug's caused by the caps not being in the vendor chest but on the invisible NPC vendor itself. It shows those caps as available in the barter screen, but they're really not.

As I said once before, inform Obsidian of the existence of Global-Controlled Chance None values in leveled item lists. It'll fix the Sink vendor cap problem, it'll also fix the inventory expansion for Jack & Diane, and also Knight Torres. Modders have already fixed the broken inventory expansion for those two using that function.
