Can someone make a mod that adds a scoped railway rifle to the game? Or at least make a model (I just svck at models)?

I'm not sure about this, but the WMK (weapon mod kits) mod may include something like this, but I haven't checked. It shouldn't be hard to find on the Nexus.

Im confused, a railway rifle you can zoom in with like a sniper rifle or a scoped railway rifle model

I remembered seeing a resource on Nexus but I couldn't find it. I meant that if someone can just give me the model it will be good as well. Anyways, Ashven contacted me via PM and gave me a model. Thanks!
