Scouts-Many-Marshes and Ambarys

I walked out of the corner club in Windhelm and I seen Scouts-Many-Marshes and Stands-In-Shallows standing outside of it. It was kind of good that they where there because I was doing something for Stand-In-Shallows and it saved me the trip of walking to the docks. I go back in the corner club because I wanted to sell some ale and food but Scouts-Many-Marshes followed me in. Then Scouts and Ambarys started talking to each other. I remember reading something about their little conversation never happening.

The unofficial patches fixed it. Maybe that magic is on there?

Hmm wierd. He is suppose to go there but I think a bug or something prevented him from doing so.

he only entered it because he followed me in just like how Sigurd follows the player into Breezehome.

Only Scouts is supposed to go, but his schedule never brings him there. The dialogue is present.

I have pictures to prove it and if that is not enough someone else could push him upto windhelm gate and wait for him to speak then enter Windhelm. He should follow you in. keep pushing him over to the corner club and wait for him to speak then you enter the corner club. push him over to the bar and they will eventually talk. If he tries to leave before talking to the elf just keep pushing him away from the door.
