Scrapper perk highlights loading screen itens : Fallout 4

I really love the second level of the Scrapper perk, but it keeps highlighting my loading screen itens.

I don't think I tagged my loading screent for search.

I don't think this is because of the perk, I've seen loading screens like this before I had the second level in the scrapper perk.

Well. Not for me. I've played for 50 hours and just got this bug after getting this perk.

Because when you get the second level of the Scrapper Perk, objects tagged for search becomes green.

Now my loading screens are green too.
