yes, when a pencil is giving you a wood it starts to get confusing
but seriously, yes, those things hurt my brain as well....

I've never noticed an increase in ammo from just picking up a gun. Am going to have to watch for that.
You'll acquire any ammo that is in the current magazine for that weapon. So if the enemy had 20 rounds in a pistol and 32 in inv you'll see the 32 picking up but also get the 20. So, if enemy had a mini nuke loaded you'd aquire it but if not you wouldn't get anything unless they had one in inv
this gave me an idea: How about scrapping AMMO!? Would be a better use of ammo than either selling it if you do not plan to use it at all.
hmm... what you should get out of it when scrapping?
could be very unbalancing even if it was only one steel per round...
it's an option.... but i'd still prefer to sell the ammo and buy shipments (and i don't even need to sell ammo to buy shipments).
at some point the only problem with money is that you have nothing to spend it on....
i never ran out of lead... so i can't even tell what it is used for
Then I guess both my PC and Xbox One are bugged since I have never got ammo from a weapon only. I got the ammo if there was ammo i=on the corpse and this was on multiple characters at least 20. I love creating new characters and starting over.
I guess I will try again on a new character.
Scrounger is awesome on the hardest difficulty settings... you need to put a lot more bullets in things in order to kill them.
Tested again on a new character on the PC with no mods and I got no ammo for picking up a gun. Only got ammo if the container has ammo in it.
Huh... I only ever get steel from scrapping the Fat Man weapon. I thought I had all the scrapping perks.
Except for The Pitt, which produces steel and ammo... and The Gun Runners in the west. Ammo is still being produced.
