Have the scrapper perks, and quess what? I have 4 raider power armor and I really don't need them.

You can scrap a good deal of items in building mode. So drop them on the ground, enter building mode, and scrap away.

Yep, you can't scrap power armour or legendary items, so you might barter them for scrap instead.

I know... but . scrapping power armor is impossible....
