The screen looks like it's permanently coming down from jet. The edges are blurry and the center is clear. There is an extreme senstivity to light, almost looks as if there is tons of fog and the sun is shining brightly down on it. Contrast might be off the charts, don't know how to check. But the contrast wouldn't make the edges blurry. Did a quicksave and restarted the game to no avail. Now went to load game at quicksave point and little screenshot looked like it should, normal color levels and everything. Checked other saved points little screenshots and the 2 most recent were looking off and the rest looked normal. Didn't load other saves at that time.

I'm doing this for my friend. I will get a screenshot very soon and post it. Also will find out if past saved points are working fine.

I face the same issue here. Black and white (which hides a lot of details) and blurry borders, as stated above. Also all the other effects (correct preview of load games) are the same.
Everything was fine until i solved a specific quest.

- Effects happend after i got the disease in Vault 81 after finishing the quest (i saved the boy).


The effects are huge: I do not mind lossing 10 AP, but without colors i do not even recognize super mutants any more if they just stand there, nor magazines or other important details.
The blurry borders and the fact that the colors are re-appearing from time to time, just for a short moment, make me think that this in intentional. Anyway, i would like to finish the game without having to sacrifice the boy, but under these conditions, i can not.

Not sure if vault 81 has been visited yet. Here are some screenshots of what I'm talking about.
