I downloaded the game, I did not install any mods, and the auto attunement for settings I chose, what the game recommended which was high. Looking at fire, and torches causes my screen to flash yellow rapidly, but only if I am looking at it. I adjusted my settings to have everything low, but it still does it. I am requesting a step by step solution please.
