Soon is kind of vague. Not that I'm complaining, I like soon, but is it like... tonight soon, or next week soon? If we're talking tonight, I am prepared to continue refreshing through out the night.

I don't think we will get anything else tonight. But I'm thinking they will keep up the hype, probably some new stuff early next week. And then something every couple weeks, a february game informer. Then maybe an E3 demo, plus lots of interviews between then.

Man, I just want to see the new engine. I hope it's much better than Gamebryo.

It will be a Gamebryo-based engine, but heavily modified. I believe Todd said, in some interview in Electronics Monthly magazine, that he can't think of one thing that they didn't take out of the old engine and replace, but I'm pretty sure it will still be Gamebryo, just a better version.

I agree that the Feb GI will most likely be the first to release certain information, screenshots, etc. about Skyrim. But I'd also be surprised if other information, screenshots, etc. were not put up on the TES website well before that. The Feb GI is almost a month away, and I'd be surprised if BGS let there be that long between announcing the game and showing it off.

According to gamestops website it only ships in the US. You may be able to subscribe through amazon though.

I think that's exactly what happened with Fallout 3. IIRC, they released a teaser and then it was at least a month before the first magazine/screenshots were available. And it's not that they don't have anything to show, it's about whatever their marketing/PR guys are planning. I'm sure they have a lot of it planned like clockwork, for whatever reasons the have.
