Sounds like the nanosuit disruptor.Could also be a Radar Jammer bonus. It tends to cause a kind of noise when the radar gets fuzzy, also causes the suit's HUD to become fuzzy if I remember correctly.

But to answer the OP, no. There's no anti-camping features that cause your screen to go like that. I recommend equipping [Jammer II] for immunity to Radar Jamming if you want to eliminate the chances of the support bonus version of radar jamming. (Not sure if Jammer II makes you immune to Jammer I distruption though)

It's a deathstreak(bonus for dying several times without getting a kill) called Deflection.
That is, you probably aimed at somebody who died a lot without killing. Deflection helps unlucky/new players to finally get a kill.

I'm not sure, but you may have been tagged by a visor, I think that is what happens when someone tags you.

I'm not sure, but you may have been tagged by a visor, I think that is what happens when someone tags you.

I'm pretty sure this is what does it. I remember on lighthouse I was sniping and I saw a guy in his visor mode looking at me and it did this quite a bit. I suppose it's the way to let you know that you'll have a red arrow over your head for the other team to see so you had better be on it!

I myself haven't really noticed it but when ur sniping in lighthouse then it's pretty much guaranteed that you are tagged xD
