I need a little help,i have a zotac gtx 680,16bg of ram and a 4.2 quad core processor.i have to enable vsync in the nvideo control panel to get rid of screen tear.but by doing this i get bad mouse/pad lag.i prefer pad because in not to good on a keyboard.is there anyway i can stop the lag or the tearing.its really spoiling my game !

If you have a 60 hz monitor, and you get significantly more than 60 fps there will be screen tearing. Buy a 120 hz monitor, or enable vsync, which comes with mouse lag. Also, if you have >60 fps why don't you just use very high settings with AA?
