I have screen tearing as well. My character "skips" in first and third person. Even using KB/M. As long as CONTROLLER = YES in the in-game settings, this skipping issue exists.

Post on the main thread, no sense in making another thread about a reported issue.

It's two weeks now and I am still unable to play the game.

I'm doing everything I can to not request a refund and move on to games that work out of box.

If the game doesn't work to your liking then request the refund. You have a limited window at least with Steam.
