At first I was able to play OWB just fine now all of a sudden around higgs village the screen flashed and the game won't display.

Everytime I try to start it up the game loads up just fine but then either display switches back to the desktop and won't switch back when the game is loaded or the game is fine until I load a save and then the display switches back to a resized version of the desktop with the edge of the fallout game window surrounding it, the game is running but I cannot see anything but the desktop.

Restarting the comp fixed it but only temp after away the screen goes white and then the problem restarts (I suspect the game is to blame because of the way it crashes). Anybody know whats wrong and how to fix it? I downloaded the latest version of my gfx card drivers.
