I had exactly the same issue. http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1023023&view=findpost&p=14815832 and especially http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1023023&view=findpost&p=14816105 by Zeroed helped me getting it to work!

If you read the threat a bit further down you'll find some tipps for tweaking by Knu.

Thanks that did it, but now I can't start morrowind cause it says I need to configure MGE first through the MGEgui. Sorry if this sounds noobish cause I never really messed with/used shaders before.

I did release redguards and bosmer but there wasn't that many downloads or comments - I figured there wasn't much interest in my faces so went back to working on my opus - all the faces were for that mod anyways.

Sunna is a special character in my faction and I really wanted to see if I could do an old face that didn't look like a cardboard cutout.

I still have a few characters to do so in between endless dialogue I like to do the occasional face

Sorry for slight OT, but what is this "opus"? Sounds interesting but the only WIP I can find is Fresh Faces II. Anyway, your faces are awesome (love the ones in the Redguards pack).

I call it an Opus because it covers all the modding things I wanted to do this year - creating a race, faction, quests, faces, clothes, scripting (actually I really didn't want to do that but it's been unavoidable) and lots of dialogue - and once i've completed it I want to hang up my modding tools and get back to playing the game. I've been working on it since December doing about 20 hours each week - once i've finished my next quest for it I might start a WIP here - I have a thread going at http://princessstomper.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=morrowindmodsboard&action=display&thread=2138 forum if you're interested.

This is http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/7901/earil.jpg - he's an 18 year old Altmer who is a bit of a prankster in my mod - I had to use a flash to take the pic because he works in quite a dark area

Until now he has just had a Vanilla Morrowind head so he seems pleased with a fresh face which is based on Ben Barnes (Prince Caspian)
