1C screwed patch schedule again?

Please, anyone, kill that retards. Those translation is awful, they delaying patches and DLCs without any reason, and, FFS, why anyone neds a reseller in steam? Why i am forced to use defective version of game just because of territorial placement?

You dont have a defective version of the game.
I have 1C version.
— It have permanent large delay on updates.
— It have permanent large delay on DLSc.
— It have limited language pack.
— Russian translation is awful.
— DLSs are untranslated at all.
I'd say it IS defective.
