I thought I was ok, but JUST NOW realized that I probably most likely screwed up. I just built a new desktop and migrated over everything. What I didn't do was copy paste my steam folder over, so I thought, just copy over NMM with all the mods and reinstall them again. This is fine...except for the reproccer and ASIS, where they explicitly say new patches need to use the data from old patches. Unfortunately the old pc has been reformatted now, so I guess time to start over... Stupid me.
