So I got the formal wear or White Gloves apparel and gave it to Veronica. She got excited and attempted to teach me the move. The screen fades to black and comes back like the "Ranger Takedown". However, I do not get the Perk. Is this a known bug? Is there something I can do to fix it?

Easy way to fix the bug..... Sell the game on ebay! LOL jk, I had this happen to me as well. I just had to go back to an earlier save and get it again.

I have tried several times. Can you dismiss her, and get back immediately? Would that work?
