Script problems: annoying.

Hey guys. I have been making a custom quest for a while for self enteirtainment.
I have reached a point, where the normal CS could not handle some improved scripts, so I added the OBSE to it, so I start the CS through OBSE.
My problem is, that now the CS can not recognise such commands, that it could previously: for example "whateverRef.kill". It is written in my previous scripts, and it works, but now, it wont accept new ones. Anyone knows a solution for this?
