Scripting a chemistry set

Hi, Does anyone know how you script a chemistry set to regerate it's usaged after a certain amount of time. For instance, I want a chemistry set that after use, is blocked, but then waiting 12hours is ready to produce certain amounts of chems again.

Can anyone help.
