Whenever I use my scroll wheel on any window that requires it in-game I get sen straight to the bottom or straight to the top of the list (depending on which way I move the scroll wheel). This just started happening today, and I don't know why. When manually clicking and moving the scroll bar, as soon as I let go of left click it shoots to the top of the list again.

I'm playing it through Steam if that would affect anything.
