[RELz] Sculelos Immersive Animation Compilation

Post » Mon Dec 12, 2011 11:34 am

What this mod is, is animations that make combat more fluid and natural. This also lets you see your arms while swimming and feels better while running note that this is just my own personal compilation and I will remove it immediately if anyone feels like I have overstepped their bounds.

Here is just a fixed version of the Deadly Reflex animations. I would ask Skycaptain for permission but of course he is on Hiatus however if he comes back and tells me to remove them I will do so immediately. Anyways without further ado.

Is this for a specfic body mod or something? I constantly see myself clipping through the animations.

It's best with VORB and VORB's clothing as I think that reduces the clipping but otherwise this mod has a lot of clipping, some people like me don't care enough to remove it but some people might not like it.

So this basically makes some 3rd person animations visible while in 1st person view? Can you see your legs if you look at the ground?

Yea but the animations are improved, you can't see your legs with this mod however but honestly you don't really need to see them that bad do you?

I don't need to see them, but honestly I would be unreasonably pleased if I did. I have only ever played maybe 2 games in my life that let you look at your own legs. When did floating cameras with arms become the standard 1st person view in games?

Anyway, downloading and planning to try out. I never wanted to install DR6 so I had to miss out on the immersive camera, thanks for releasing a standalone version.

Well some people were asking for a video so here is one I captured quickly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajZb1o_PO_o

Lol I think my character needs his breathing under control but notice that I was attacking a little bit more wild then normal to try and show some of the animations.

Edit: what body mods and clothing are you using? I tested it with vanilla and nothing was too horrible so I'm not really sure...

This seems interesting, but what exactly were fixed? And was the skeleton.nif modified? It's currently conflicting with DR6's original and the ones that come with Realistic Physics and Force.

Yeah the skeleton itself won't detach itself like the Deadly Reflex one and you won't clip through walls. I know this because I used the deadly reflex one all by itself for awhile and even with no other mods active it would still clip through walls and get all messed up when you got knocked down.

You could test Deadly Reflex 6 with it and see if it creates any problems but I don't currently use Deadly Reflex 6 as it was far too buggy for me and I prefer Duke Patrick's Melee Combat to it a great deal.
