Seamless environments

So something I was wondering while watching the trailer was whether or not most cells are "seamlessly" integrated into the main world in Fallout 4. As in, rather than having to activate a door and sit through a loading screen for a minute, doors into buildings can be instantly opened and you'll immediately be able to access, say, an abandoned building in the wasteland (similar to other open world games such as Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto V). I realize it's quite a bit to ask for (especially considering how the Gamebryo Creation engine (if that's what they're using) is entirely based around cells), but I think it'd be a huge improvement over the past games.

I know areas such as The Strip and Hoover Dam had to be split up in New Vegas due to RAM limitations, but now that the next-gen consoles have 8GB that shouldn't be a limiting factor. I truly hope to see as little loading screens as possible (some loading screens are unavoidable, of course).

Naturally the house in the trailer might've been integrated in the environment just for the trailer as you obviously don't want loading screens in the trailer, but I did (possibly) notice some actual interiors that were visible from the outside while Dog(meat?) was running through the streets. One can hope, I guess.

Did anyone else spot anything that might point to a (non-)seamless environment in the trailer?

EDIT: Gamebryo --> Creation

I hope so, but I'm not holding my breath.

They're using the Creation Engine, but it wasn't so much of a change from Gamebyro. I would assume there will still be cells for rooms they can't fit into normal-sized buildings. But maybe a great deal of small houses, like the ones that can be seen from Vault 111 and around.

Even if they make smaller houses seamless, that'd already be a major step up from the previous games. Simple towns like Arefu in Fallout 3 even had loading screens for the tiny houses there. I'd already be quite happy with that.

Fallout 4 will not have the 256 MB memory limitation from previous generation. it will still have limits on cpu because physic and AI.

Guess it will be more logical as in smaller houses will be open.

At 0:37 the dog walks in to what appears to be a 2 bedroom house without dealing with a seam, but its hard to tell from something as small as that.

Todd Howard back in 2014 at Gamescom said that with how much more RAM the new consoles and PC's have today it is possible to have almost if not every single buildings and house to not have loading screens when you enter them. You can even hear the NPC's talking inside from the outside.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt when you enter any buildings and houses there is absolutely no loading screens at all. Even when you enter in sewers and tunnels.

They'll be able to mitigate loading times and maybe even open up cities and small houses, but they do interiors in separate cells for design purposes more than performance purposes. It's a lot easier for them to add locations to the game world en masse if they can build the interiors separately from the exteriors, and everything they build is modular (fitting smaller architecture pieces together to make distinct locations from the same assets, as opposed to having most of the area in one pre-fabricated model) to support their workflow.

Limited loading screens would be a nice addition, but only if it didn't force the detail of the would-be cells to suffer because of it.
