Hi,
I was searching for some house mods and I was wondering the following thing. I've found this mod by Khetienna :

but I was wondering if the way Khetienna set it up is lore-friendly. The house has a lot of features, including a spellmaking/enchanting altar, but I'm not exactly sure that Slythe Seringi (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Slythe_Seringi) was that rich/powerful/even have an enchanting altar on his own.

So, are there clues that would justify all this stuff? Because I'm not exactly sure. Could the fact that he has a 'special relationship' with the sunken one prove that he was enough powerful to have all these stuff on his home?
