Within the last year or so, I noticed a new mod on Nexus. I can't remember the name of it though. It added NPC's and turned the wasteland into a war zone. If I remember correctly, you could adjust the amounts of NPCs found depending on your computer's hardware. There were bunch of pictures on the Description page. I know it's not FO3 Wanderers. I'm using that one. Anyone have any ideas?
