Before the new forums where up and running I had a window left open with this thread I came across, but it was lost when the new forums became active I have no idea who it was that made it and I don't remember the title of it ether...what I do remember is that it was giving very useful info on tweaking ini settings so things ingame last this long, that long, do this and do that E.G you could change how long the blood stays visible for (which is what I'm after)
If anyone knows what thread it is I'm talking about could you give me the name so I can search or post a link if you know it....thanks.
