This might be a really stupid question and if there is already a topic, mods can deleted, because my search function doesn't work.

I received a copy of the Season Pass on Steam and on the product page it show "In Library" but there is nothing showing up in my Steam Library. I am going to go out on a limb and say that this is because the product doesn't exist yet?

I also gifted a copy of the Season Pass and it would not activate for the recipient. Any one have a clue about this? In my defense, I have never purchase a season pass for anything before, so I am not familiar with how it works. I also searched Steam but couldn't find any answers to my questions.

the season pass is for any and all DLCs, basicly you paid for future content, when it comes out.

you just paid them in advanced for the contents you will get in future this is the most common practice now a days don't worry you will get your dlcs when bethesda will release them

as for the gift not redeeming on your friends pc make sure he actually owns the base game first

Just an educated guess here, but it won't show up as a separate entry in your library. It may show something to effect of you having it in your Fallout 4 library info, though.

Usually if you have a season pass for a game you'll find two product keys listed there (one for the game, another for the pass.) Or if there is a DLC window for that entry it'll show it on there.

Yeah, it doesn't show in your library at all yet (not even on the Fallout 4 library page), but it should show in your purchase history if you look at your account info.

yeah all DLC on steam shows up under the game it self if haven't purchases game yet then purchase history

under any released game you can right click the game in library then click properties and there whole tab For DLC
