I'm at a point in the season unending quest where I have to negotiate a truce. Everyone is seated and I have answered some question but now everyone just sits there and does nothing. I waited for awhile to see if anything happens but nothing does. I can't get up from my chair or speak to anyone. Is there something I'm missing or is there a bug in this quest.
