I have successfully started and am playing my first character, but wanted to create a second character. The character creation works fine up until the character is removed from the cryogenic chamber in vault 111. Unfortunately, the character cannot move, and stays frozen on the floor. A restart of the game system results in being brought back to a previous save, where upon you go back to the cryo chamber and repeat the process, ending up frozen on the floor.

Has anyone created second characters on PS4?
