My second character now looks and sounds just like my first character.

I created a character, played him to level 20, then started a new character.

I've been playing with my second character for a while now, but when I went in to customize one of his weapons (both of these are Security characters), I pressed the Resistance button to see how his weapon would look on the Resistance side. When I was done making the weapon modifications, I exited the weapons menu to find... my first character. A duplicate of him. Staring right at me, standing right where the second character used to be. I exited and re-entered the game, but he is still a carbon copy of my first character's voice, face, skin color, and appearance (although he retains his level, Abilities, XP, and preferred class of Engineer). Since there is no way to change face, skin color, or voice, I'm stuck with this carbon-copy of my first character.

I'm hesitant to just delete him - I invested a lot of time in each, and both characters are relatively high level - but is there any way to get him back to normal?

I got my character back by finding an older version of the file that Windows had stored. However, the glitch itself still remains.
