Can anyone confirm if this is true? I have been waiting to play the game and when I finally turned it on this afternoon I was prompted to download an update. How do I know if this an update covering both patches or if it is simply just the initial patch?

The PS3 (North America) got the patch that Xbox 360, PS3 (Europe) and PC received late last week.

When we have news on additional updates, we'll let you know.

Probably they are working on fixing the 5-10 game breaking glitches.

Really? You guys have been doing a terrible job so far in keeping us updated. Maybe you should go check your "game updates" section since you havent updated it since the patch coming soon post. And the fact that the Vegas strip black screen of death glitch wasnt even fixed before release is sad. When are the people who paid full price and no internet connection going to get their patch? or are they never going to be able to finish their game?
