Go to the new Fallout Website and scroll down to the picture of the Fallout 4 cover. Click on the hidden link between the two eyes. It will open a new version of the site with a new picture of the Dog and a brand new ad for a Food/Beverage coming in Fallout 4 that seems to change every time I refresh the page.

Some of us, for whatever sundry reasons, may not be able to view the site.

It's just a glitch I think. It takes you to the same page as if you scrolled down to the bottom and clicked on the 'Fallout 4' link under 'Games'.

Not seeing any ads though, and it's the exact same link as the 'Fallout 4' one. So no 'secret' or 'easter egg' as far as I can tell.

the add is right there on the screen. you would have to be blind or useing an obsolete flash player to not see it.

Because people abused the privilege when it was allowed. Same reason we aren't allowed images in signatures.

People were either uploading massive multi screen images or uploading advlt material. I think I remember reading that one of the events that led to the restriction was a thread that had people posting some pretty offensive stuff.
