Ok so this power is glitched for me.

I just started a new dragonborn playthrough on a new file on the PC version, got to level 30 something and got the black book to get the black market/secret servant powers. I first got the black market power, so I could sell a bunch of stuff. Then I went back into the book, and changed it up for the secret servant power.

I summoned the daedra butler, and gave him a like 150 pounds worth of my valubles and one of a kind weapons. Then he disappeared, and I tried to re summon him to change some [censored] out cus I accidentally gave him one of my good swords that I was using frequently.
Well no matter how many times I use the power, the daedra never shows up. Ive fast travelled, waited a day whatever, doesn't work still. The portal appears, and in the active effects it says I got "secret servant" active. But no daedra appears, I cant talk to anyone, and hes got all my [censored] on him.

I re loaded a save file before I got the power, went and got the power again and saved before using it. I used it again, the guy showed up again. I gave him a gold necklace as a test, and let him disappear. Tried to summon him again, and he doesn't show up.

Every time I re load the game, the exact same thing happens when I go and get the power. He shows up the first time using the power, but never shows up again, effectively losing all of my valuable items with no chance to get them back.

Does anyone know of any way to fix this glitch? I would like to still use the power, as it is useful if it wasn't glitched. My first play through in dragonborn, this power worked no problem. This second playthrough is after I reinstalled the game, cleaning the registry while doing so and starting a new game.
So far the only fix I have is simply not using the power, which I guess is a fix, but I would like to be able to use the power.

Is there some sort of console command that would force him to appear when I used the power or something like that?
