security office safe key tech museum

played twice through this place and both times could not find the key to this safe. there is a key on a dead caretaker but it's not the one. anyone know where the damn thing is? searching forum was useless!

all is still lost ---- did what was advised, yet the "000" terminal message just says 'find info terminals' which are all over the place and can be read without any regard to terminal "000". I thought reading 000 would activate something but I do remember reading this entry before and nothing seems to change and in the present it does nothing as well! guess i'll just put it down to another flaw in f3 like always being encumbered or trying to make head or tail out of the building floor plans.

It's part of an unmarked quest called "Jigg's loot". It's initiated in the museum of technology on the ground floor when you enter the building. There will be a computer with a bubble canopy around it. Read the entry labeled "#000" it will give you the "note" that will further your voyage to unlock the safe. It'll also get you some other cool stuff outside of the safe...

Further to this, when you find the terminal with '#000' on it make sure you create a savegame at that point....you may need it later.
